This Privacy Policy applies to the Mojo AI CFO founding-member application. Mojo Advisors LLC collects the information you choose to provide through that application: your name, business email address, business name, annual revenue range, finance challenge, and any optional notes.

Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for us to review your application.

We use application information to review whether the founding-member cohort is a fit for your business, follow up with you personally, and understand the context for an initial conversation if we connect.

Submitting an application does not subscribe you to automated marketing communications. We do not sell application information to data brokers.

The application is hosted and delivered through a platform-supported contact inquiry flow with standard safeguards designed to protect information in transit and in operation. We limit access to application information to what is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to handle application information responsibly and to use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

We retain application information only for as long as reasonably needed to review your application, follow up with you, maintain the context of an initial conversation, or meet applicable operational or legal obligations.

To request deletion of your application information, email us at the primary Mojo Advisors LLC business contact email used in our correspondence with you. We will review and respond to your request consistent with applicable requirements and our legitimate recordkeeping needs.
