Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Mojo AI CFO website, application experience, and related concierge support (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are offered by Mojo Advisors LLC (“Mojo Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Mojo AI CFO is an informational software tool designed to help business owners organize financial context and prepare for operating decisions. Concierge support is administrative and product support intended to help you use the Services.

The Services do not provide certified public accounting (CPA), tax preparation, legal, or regulated investment advisory services. The Services are not a substitute for advice from your accountant, tax adviser, attorney, investment professional, or other licensed adviser. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for obtaining professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Submitting a Founding Access application is not a contract, does not guarantee acceptance, and does not create a subscription. Mojo Advisors may review applications to determine whether the founding cohort is a fit and may contact applicants directly about next steps.

We do not collect payment details through the Founding Access application. Any accepted applicant will receive applicable service and billing details before choosing whether to proceed.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through the Services is accurate, current, and lawfully shared. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide or sensitive information that is not reasonably needed for your use of the Services.

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Mojo Advisors LLC owns the Mojo AI CFO brand, website, service concepts, and related content, except where another party’s rights are identified. These Terms do not grant you ownership of those materials or any right to use them beyond your personal or internal business use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business situation.

To the extent permitted by law, Mojo Advisors LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update the Services and these Terms as the product develops or legal and operational requirements change. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the applicable courts serving Baltimore, Maryland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
